This is a Service Agreement / Recruitment Contract suitable for recruitment services. Under this agreement, a Company was to provide recruitment services to a Client for an Agreed Price/commission. This agreement is drafted in favour of the Company.
Recruitment Services include identifying potential candidates, pre-screening, initial interview, reference check etc. The parties under this agreement agree that the Services, as prescribed, shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.
The Company shall provide the Services with the best and commercially reasonable efforts and a high professional standard to the Client.
