Divorce Agreement (One Year Separation) with No Child

 This divorce agreement is made between PARTY_1_NAME and PARTY_2_NAME on 29 April 2024.

(1) On MARRIAGE_DATE, PARTY_1_NAME, PARTY_A_ID and PARTY_2_NAME, PARTY_B_ID were lawfully married at the MARRIAGE_REGISTRY_NAME_AND_PLACE.

(2) Both Parties have cohabited at COHABITATION_ADDRESS.

(3) Both Parties are domiciled in JURISDICTION_STATE.   

(4) Party A is a PARTY_A_OCCUPATION and currently residing at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.

(5) Party B is a PARTY_B_OCCUPATION and currently residing at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.

(6) The said marriage has broken down irretrievably. 

(7) No Child now living has been born during the marriage.

(8) There have been no previous proceedings in any court in JURISDICTION_STATE or elsewhere with reference to the marriage or to any child of the family. 

(9) The parties to the marriage have lived apart for a continuous period of at least One Year immediately preceding the presentation of this agreement, namely, from and since about SEPARATION_DATE, and both parties consent to the divorce being filed to the Court of JURISDICTION_STATE.

 

Both Parties Therefore Agree -

(a)          That the said marriage may be dissolved;

(c)          That the costs of divorce shall be borne by the parties equally.
