Divorce Agreement (One Year Separation) with One Child

This divorce agreement is made between PARTY_1_NAME and PARTY_2_NAME on 03 May 2024.

(1) On MARRIAGE_DATE, PARTY_1_NAME, PARTY_A_ID and PARTY_2_NAME, PARTY_B_ID were lawfully married at the MARRIAGE_REGISTRY_NAME_AND_PLACE.

(2) Both Parties have cohabited at COHABITATION_ADDRESS.

(3) Both Parties are domiciled in JURISDICTION_STATE.   

(4) Party A is a PARTY_A_OCCUPATION and currently residing at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.

(5) Party B is a PARTY_B_OCCUPATION and currently residing at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.

(6) The said marriage has broken down irretrievably.

(7) There is one Child of the family now living:-

Name: CHILD_NAME, Date of Birth: CHILD_BIRTHDAY, Address: PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.

(8) No other Child now living has been born during the marriage.

(9) No agreement or arrangement has been made or is proposed to be made between the parties for the support of Party B and any Child. 

(10) There have been no previous proceedings in any court in JURISDICTION_STATE or elsewhere with reference to the marriage or to any child of the family. 

(11) The parties to the marriage have lived apart for a continuous period of at least One Year immediately preceding the presentation of this agreement, namely, from and since about SEPARATION_DATE, and both parties consent to the divorce being filed to the Court of JURISDICTION_STATE.

 

Both Parties Therefore Agree -

(a)          That the said marriage may be dissolved;
