CASH CLIENT AGREEMENT
To: ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (the “Company”)
In consideration of your opening and maintaining at my/our request one or more cash securities trading account(s) (“the Account”) for me/us and you agree to act as my/our agent or broker for the execution of orders for the purchase or sale of securities of every type and description, I/we, the undersigned of ______________________________________________________________________________ _________________________________________________________, (client’s address)
hereby agree to effect Transactions as hereinafter defined subject to the following terms and conditions of this Client Agreement (“the Agreement”):-
1. All transactions in securities made for or on my/our behalf in shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the constitution, Rules, regulations, by-laws, customs and usages of the Exchange ("the Exchange") and of the Laws of JURISDICTION_STATE as amended from time to time.
2. All transactions executed on my/our instructions on the floor of the Exchange shall be subject to a transaction levy and any other levies that the Exchange from time to time may impose. You are authorised to collect any such levies in accordance with the Rules prescribed by the Exchange from time to time.
3. The Rules of the Exchange, in particular those Rules which relate to trading and settlement, shall be binding on both yourself and myself/ourselves in respect of transactions concluded on my/our instructions.
4. In the event that you commit a default as defined in the Rules or under Laws and I/we thereby suffer a pecuniary loss. I/we understand that my/our right to claim will be restricted to the extent provided for under any compensation or insurance arrangements.
