THIS RELATIONSHIP CONTRACT is entered into on 29 April 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Party A)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Party B)

Whereas

Party A and Party B hereby notify ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (the Company) that they wish to enter into a voluntary and mutual consensual personal relationship and hereby enter into this Relationship Agreement. 

It is agreed as follows:

1. Company's Employment Policy

1.1 Prior to signing this Relationship Agreement, the Parties have received and reviewed the Company's Employment Policy, a copy of which is attached. By signing this agreement, the parties acknowledge that the personal relationship between us does not violate the Company’s Employment Policy and agree to adhere to all of its terms.

1.2 The parties understand that the Company does not tolerate unwelcome or offensive conduct or conduct that creates a hostile work environment and confirm that neither party has not been coerced into the personal relationship as a result of employment or sexual harassment. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when:

• submission to such conduct is made, explicitly or implicitly, a condition of an individual's employment or advancement; 
• submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for employment decisions affecting such individual; or
• such unreasonable conduct interferes with an individual's work performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.

2. Mutual Consent
