Margin Notice 

Reference is made to the ISDA Master Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated DATE between ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (“Company”) and (the “Counterparty”). Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in this letter shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

Attached please find a copy of a margin notice. We hereby demand immediate payment of CURRENCYAMOUNT under the margin notice to avoid an Event of Default from occurring.
