THIS TENANCY RENEWAL is entered into on 30 April 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Landlord")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Tenant")

Whereas

The Landlord and the Tenant entered into a Tenancy Agreement dated  (the "Original Agreement") in relation to the Premises (as defined below). The Landlord and the Tenant agree to renew the Original Agreement with revised terms as follows: 

1. Premises 

The Landlord hereby agrees to lease ADDRESS (the “Premises”) and the furniture, fixtures, fittings, and equipment therein (as per Schedule, if any) in clean and tenantable condition to the Tenant for PURPOSE purpose.

2. Term of Lease

The above Premises is hereby leased for a term of TERM years, commencing on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and expiring on END_DATE.

3. Rent

The rent is CURRENCY RENT on a PERIOD basis, the rent includes Furniture and Electrical Appliances, and other items and fees as listed in the Schedule.

4. Deposit

The Deposit is CURRENCYDEPOSIT in total, payable within 1 business day after the signature of this Renewal. 

5. Occupants

The principal occupants of the Premises are OCCUPANT.
