THIS DEED is made on 05 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE as chargor and depositor (the "Depositor")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE as chargee and lender (the "Lender")

Whereas

In consideration of the provision by the Lender to the Depositor of banking accommodation facilities and services under which the Lender agreed to make available to the Depositor DESCRIPTION.

It is agreed as follows:

1. INTERPRETATION

Definitions

1.1 In this Deed, each of the following expressions has, except where the context otherwise requires, the meaning shown opposite it:

Account means the following account with the Lender into which the Deposit is credited:

ACCOUNT;

Default Notice means a notice served by the Lender under the Facility Agreement;

Deposit means the sum of CURRENCYDEPOSIT deposited in the Account and all other sums from time to time standing to the credit of the Account in any currency together with all interest credited thereto;

Facility Agreement means a facility agreement dated FACILITY_DATE from the Lender to the Depositor as from time to time varied, novated, amended, supplemented or replaced in any manner or respect whatsoever including, without limitation, any increase in the amount of the facility available to the Depositor;
