Dear TEACHER,

Complaint of Bullying  - FIRST LAST

[We are / I am] the parent(s) of child, FIRST, who is currently in your CLASS class.

[I / We] would like to report that [he / she] has been the subject of bullying this academic year. [He / She] first mentioned the bullying to [me / us] on or around DATE1.  [He / she] mentioned that her classmates, NAMES, BULLYING1.

FIRST suffers from SYMPTOMS afterwards, [I was / We were] hoping that it was an isolated incident and that would be the end of it. However, on DATE2, the same students kept up the bullying and BULLYING2. [He / She] came home with INJURIES. This happened at school. I took a photo of the injuries.

FIRST is now fearful of going to school, the bullying has gone far beyond children's normal play. [We / I] urge the school to take action, so that my child can enjoy normal school life again.

[We / I] are deeply concerned about bullying and would appreciate the opportunity to come and talk to you about this matter as soon as possible.
