Dear PARTY_1_CONTACT,

Expiration of TENANCY Agreement in relation to ADDRESS (the "Premises") dated DATE

We refer to the above TENANCY Agreement (the "Agreement") between PARTY_1_NAME as the Tenant and us as the Landlord. Terms otherwise not defined below shall have the same meaning as the Agreement.

With the expiration of the TENANCY on VACATE ("Expiration Date") and you are required to vacate the Premises on or before . You are required to return  of the said premises to the landlord upon the delivery of vacant possession of the said premises and to make good any damage to the said premises on or before the Expiration Date.

Please pay for any outstanding rent as well as water, electricity, and other utilities until the Expiration Date. Any outstanding amounts shall be deducted directly from the security deposit. Please provide vacant possession of the Premises on the Expiration Date in the same repair and condition as when it was first leased. The return of deposit shall be subject to any rightful claim of ours against you in respect of any antecedent breach, non-observance, or non-performance of the Agreement, stipulations, terms, or conditions contained in the said tenancy on the part of you. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the said sums of monies / or arrears of outgoing / or other charges or outgoings / or any rightful claims by us, you shall forthwith upon demand to pay to us the deficit in respect thereof.
