Re: Request for Suspension of Rental Payments during Coronavirus Crisis

We all understand that it is difficult to find a tenant right now in the current environment, let alone a good tenant like me. Also, there it is costly and a big hassle to go through the rental process right now, given the social distancing requirements. You need to list the property, arrange for viewing with agents, screen tenants, conduct background and not to mention the loss of rental income during that period. You may also need to spend some money on renovation to rent it out given the current condition of the property to prepare it for a new tenant.

We trust that the national relief initiative by the government will provide aid / assistance to the landlords. We are grateful to be able to lease the property and are making plans to cover rent for all months after the Coronavirus crisis.
