Re: Request for Postponement of Mortgage Payment in respect of PROPERTY - ACCOUNT

I am writing on behalf of ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY.

I refer to the monthly mortgage payment in respect of the above property.  As you are aware, I have always been very diligent on my mortgage repayment. However, given the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the loss of income caused by such unexpected pandemic situations, I have encountered unprecedented hurdles in my ability to service my mortgage in the usual manner. 

As such, I would like to request the following:

1. Pay interests only on the Mortgage PERIOD.

2. Waive any penalties during the suspension of payment.
