Re: Termination of Subscription of TYPE - ACCOUNT

I am writing on behalf of ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY.

I refer to the deadline of DATE to use the credits in my account - ACCOUNT in respect of the TYPE. Given the impact of the Coronavirus and the various restrictions imposed by the government, I am unable to use them prior to the deadline.

I am requesting for the deadline to be extended and the credits to be carried forward until PERIOD. Please make a note accordingly.
