As you will appreciate, the impact of the Coronavirus has caused significant disruptions around the world, and our business is too impacted by the global cash crunch. As a long term customer of your company seeking to further our business relationship, we are writing to ask your company to agree to the following credit terms:

(i) extension of the credit period to PERIOD days;

(ii) increase the credit limit to AMOUNT; and

(iii) waive any requirements to provide financial reports.
