THIS SUB-CONTRACTING AGREEMENT is entered into on 09 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Sub-Contractor)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Company)

Whereas

A. The Company requires that SERVICES  (“Services”) be provided to Company’s customers (“Customers”); and

B. Sub-Contractor is willing to provide professionals to perform the Services for Customers, on the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

Therefore, the parties intending to be bound hereby agree as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Services means SERVICES to be carried out by the Sub-Contractor;

Completion Date means COMPLETION_DATE or as may otherwise be agreed between the Company and the Sub-Contractor (including any extended date for completion fixed hereunder);

Agreement Price means CURRENCY PRICE.

2. Sub-Contractor's obligations

2.1 The Sub-Contractor shall comply with any instructions or variations issued by the Company (or any authorised representative of the Company) in relation to the Services. 

2.2 The Sub-Contractor shall comply with, and give all notices required by, any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Services.
