Cease and Desist - Harassment

I am issuing you, NAME with a final cease and desist letter on the unwelcomed bullying / stalking and harassment actions towards or against me, including but not limited to the following:

☐  Bullying - your use of physical abuse, force and violence to aggressively dominate and intimidate me.

☐  Bullying - your use of verbal abuse or threat to aggressively dominate or intimidate me.

☐  Stalking - unwanted following and repeated surveillance by you toward me.

☐  Cyber bullying - your use of email, social media or other electronic means to bully me.

☐  Cyber stalking - your use of email, social media or other electronic means to stalk me.

You must immediately cease the above unlawful actions of harassment against me which violates my right under the law. As a result of your actions, I have suffered the following damages: 

☐  Severe emotional and mental distress.

☐  Physical assault and harm to my body.

☐  Damages to my professional reputation.

☐  Damages to my employment as I was unable to focus on my work during working hours.

☐  Defamation of my character.

☐  Insomnia due to being frightened and intimidated.

☐  Violated my dignity.

☐  Having to work in an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.
