Re: Patent Infringement – Cease and Desist

Our company is the rightful owner of patent no. PATENT, which have been properly registered in the following jurisdiction, namely: COUNTRIES. 

It has come to our attention that your company has been promoting your PRODUCT under the model MODEL in the market. As explained in greater detail below, based on information gathered from the analysis of the product, we believe that MODEL is covered by at least one claim of our patent no. PATENT. 

Specifically, we have provided in the Schedule an analysis of our claims in relation to patent no. PATENT relative to MODEL.

Over the years, we have established strong research and development capabilities. We value our intellectual property rights, and take these matters very seriously. Although we prefer to resolve this issue amicably, we will undertake all appropriate steps to protect our patent at all costs.
