Dear COUNTERPARTY,

 

Re: Breach of Contract – Cease and Desist

We refer to the AGREEMENT agreement between us dated CONTRACTDATE (the "Agreement"). Under clause CLAUSE of the Agreement, you have agreed to COMMITMENT. 

It has come to our attention that you have BREACH in breach of the Agreement (the "Breach"). Accordingly, you are in breach and in direct violation of the Agreement. Additionally, as a result of your Breach, we have suffered the following damages:

DAMAGES

Accordingly, we demand you to immediately cease and remedy the Breach and comply with your commitment relating to COMMITMENT under clause CLAUSE of the Agreement.

If you continue the Breach, we will file a legal action in court against you for breach of the contract. We would be entitled to seek preliminary and permanent injunctions, monetary damages to our business, any profits you have realised through the Breach, damages on our goodwill as well as reimbursement of our lawyer’s fees associated with the legal action.
