Dear PARTY_1_CONTACT,

Notice of Force Majeure 

Reference is made to the AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) dated DATE between ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (“Company”) and PARTY_1_NAME (the “You”). Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in this letter shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.

Pursuant to CLAUSE of the Agreement, this letter serves as notice from the Company to You that a Force Majeure Event has occurred with respect to the Company because DETAILS. 

The Company designates ET_DATE to be the date of suspension of obligations under the Agreement. We will notify you should the situation improves sufficiently for the Company to resume its performance under the Agreement.

This notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the same laws of the Agreement.
