We refer to the AGREEMENT agreement between us dated CONTRACTDATE (the "Agreement"). Under clause CLAUSE of the Agreement, we have agreed to COMMITMENT. 

As you are aware, EVENT has occurred coronavirus, which renders the further performance of the contract PERFORMANCE.
