I hereby confirm that I have received the following keys were issued to me today in relation to the above mentioned property:
HOUSE house keys
I understand that I will be responsible for all outgoing charges and utilities relating to the above mentioned property going forward until the end of the tenancy.
I also understand that I am obligated to return all keys issued to me at the termination of the lease. If the keys for the above mentioned property are not returned by the date and time listed, I hereby agree to pay all costs for re-keying and or replacing locks and any additional fees that are involved to re-secure the property.
