THIS CATERING SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on 09 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Caterer)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Customer)

Whereas

The parties agree that the Work shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Work means the Caterer is responsible to carry out SERVICES for the Customer;

Event means the Caterer is hired to provide the Work on EVENT_DATE, for the following event: 

EVENT_DETAILS;

Completion Date means COMPLETION_DATE or as may otherwise be agreed between the Customer and the Caterer (including any extended date for completion fixed hereunder);

Agreement Price means CURRENCYPRICE.

2. Caterer's obligations

2.1 The Caterer shall with due diligence and in a good and workmanlike manner carry out the Work using good quality ingredients / materials and a high standard of workmanship.
