THIS BOOKKEEPING SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on 09 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Accountant)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Client)

Whereas

The Client desires to appoint the Accountant to be performing the Services defined in this Agreement on behalf of the Client upon the terms set out in this agreement.

IT IS AGREED as follows:

Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 Clause and other headings are for convenience only and do not affect the construction of this Agreement.

1.2 Any reference to a statute, order or regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, includes references to such statute, order or regulation as amended, replaced, supplemented or re-enacted from time to time.

1.3 This Bookkeeping Service Agreement is effective from the DATE and continues until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Contractual Relationship

2.1 The Client hereby irrevocably appoints and instructs the Accountant as its bookkeeper, and the Accountant agrees to perform for the Client, the services set forth below (the “Services”):

2.2 Any Service outside of the scope as defined above will require a new Agreement for other services agreed to by the Parties.

2.3 The Accountant’s authority to bind the Client is limited to the Services detailed in this Agreement. The Accountant is not authorised to bind the Client in any way whatsoever beyond the scope of the Services defined herein.
