Dear LANDLORD,

Re: Request for Refund of Security Deposit in relation to PROPERTY

This is in reference to the lease agreement dated AGREEMENT_DATE, signed between you (as the landlord) and me (as the tenant) to lease the premises located at PROPERTY ("Agreement")

Pursuant to the Agreement, I had placed a refundable security deposit of CURRENCYDEPOSIT with you. ("Security Deposit")

Upon expiry of the Agreement, I had vacated the said premises on  without any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please note that the terms and conditions for the return of Security Deposit were met, and I hereby request you to refund the Security Deposit in its entirety and mail to the address mentioned below.
