We have received information that an employee SITUATION. The employee worked in DEPARTMENT and was last at work on DATE,

The safety of our employees is our top priority and we have implemented the following measures:

 (a)  We have required all employees who had close contact with this employee to refrain from coming to work for a period of NUMBER days; and

(b)  We have cleaned and disinfected the office including the workstations, bathrooms, cafeteria, meeting rooms and all common areas.

Please monitor your health for the next 14 days and inform your reporting Manager/HR  in case you develop any symptoms of COVID-19.

We request everyone to wash hands, wear masks and follow the general health hygiene guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus. If any symptoms show up, please see the doctor immediately.
