Re: Confirmed Case of COVID-19

A resident in BUILDING_NAME developed symptoms of COVID-19 and was sent to quarantine centre for further verification on QUARANTINE_DATE. The Health Department has notified us that the said resident was preliminary positive. 

We have taken precautionary measures to clean and disinfect the building including all common areas, elevators, reception, lobby and the relevant floors.

The concerned resident had visited the Clubhouse, therefore, the Clubhouse will be temporarily closed from  START_DATE to END_DATE to enable the staff to carry out enhanced cleaning and disinfection of all the facility rooms, restrooms etc.

We request everyone to wash hands, wear masks and follow the general health hygiene guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus. If any symptoms show up, please see the doctor immediately.
