THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT is entered into on 08 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Coach )

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the Client)

Whereas

(1) The Coach is in the business of providing TYPE coaching services, including personalised programs and training packages. 

(2) The Client wishes to receive such TYPE coaching services from the Coach. 

(3) The Coach and Client agree to uphold their respectful obligations under this Coaching Agreement. The parties acknowledge the parties' responsibilities and duties under this Agreement are vital for the Client and TYPE coaching relationship to be successful. 

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

1.1 Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Services mean certain TYPE coaching services, including the following services to be carried out by the Coach:

1.2 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires:

(a) references to persons include individuals, bodies corporate (wherever incorporated), unincorporated associations and partnerships;

(b) the headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect the construction of the Agreement;

(c) references to one gender include all genders; and
