Re: Request for Paternity Leave

I am writing to inform you that my wife is NUMBEROF months pregnant and the baby is expected to be delivered on DUEDATE. I have attached the doctor advise in this regard for your perusal.

As per the company's policy, I wish to take PAID_DAYS days of paid paternity leave effective from the date my baby is born. I understand that if I'm at work on the day baby is born then the leave starts from the next day.

At the end of PAID_DAYS days of paternity leave, I will resume my duties immediately. Prior to my leave, I am happy to assist you in planning alternate work arrangements.
