Sabbatical leave policy allows eligible employees to take extended time off from work and focus on personal interests and self-development.
The sabbatical leave policy sets out the rules and procedure governing the sabbatical leave entitlements for all the eligible employees of the ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY (“Company”).
The policy applies to all the long term full-time employees (“Employee”) of the Company.
(a) The Employee must have completed at least NUMBER_YEARS years of continuous employment with the Company to qualify for sabbatical leave; and
(b) The Employee is entitled to NUMBER consecutive weeks of LEAVE sabbatical leave.
(d) The eligible Employees can request sabbatical leave after every years of continuous employment with the Company until retirement.
(e) While on sabbatical leave, the Employee will not be responsible for any job-related responsibilities but the Employee shall continue to stay in touch with their immediate supervisor from time to time.
(a) The Employee wishing to avail sabbatical leave must submit a written notice to their immediate supervisor at least 8 weeks before the intended start date of the sabbatical leave.
