Re: Termination of Service

This letter is in reference to the  NAME contract between ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY and COMPANY_NAME ("Company") set to expire on  ("Agreement"). However, the Agreement will automatically renew unless terminated by either of the parties to the contract before the said expiration date.

We are writing this letter to notify you of our decision to terminate the Agreement upon the expiration of the contract.
