THIS VIRTUAL ASSISTANT AGREEMENT is entered into on 09 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Assistant")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Customer")

Whereas

The parties agree that the Job shall be carried out in accordance with and subject to this Agreement hereto.

It is agreed as follows:

1. Interpretation

Definitions

Agreement means any agreement made subject to the terms and conditions below;

Job means SERVICES to be carried out by the Assistant;

Agreement Price means CURRENCY PRICE.

2. Assistant's obligations

2.1 The Assistant shall be available to perform the Job during the normal business hours i.e. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, excluding national holidays. 

2.2 The Assistant shall comply with, and give all notices required by, any statute, any statutory instrument, rule or order or any regulation or bylaws applicable to the Job.

3. Completion of the work

3.1 The Company hereby understands and acknowledges that time is of the essence with respect to the Company’s obligations defined in this Agreement and that prompt and timely performance of all such obligations is strictly required.
