This Child Support Agreement ("Agreement")  is made on 08 May 2024

 

BETWEEN:

(1)    PARTY_1_NAME (“Father”) of PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE; and

 

(2)    PARTY_2_NAME (“Mother”) of PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE

 WHEREAS:

(A) The Parties are the parents or legal guardians of the following minor child (ren) (the "Child"):

Name: CHILD_NAME, Date of Birth: CHILD_BIRTHDAY

(B) The Parties hereby confirm that no other minor Child now living has been born during the marriage. 

(C) The Parties acknowledge that there have been proceeding in the Court of JURISDICTION_STATE under the Case Number CASE_NUMBER and the court had passed a child support order whereby the court had ordered to pay a certain amount as child support for the Child  ("Child Support Order"). Copy of the Child Support Order is attached as Schedule 1 to the Agreement.

(D) Due to substantial change in circumstances, the Parties have agreed to enter into this Agreement to modify the terms of the Child Support Order. The Parties understand and agree that the Child Support Order shall continue to be in effect until the changes to the Child Support Order as provided for in this Agreement are approved by the court.

NOW THEREFORE, both parties freely and fully accept the provisions, terms and conditions hereof and in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein contained as well as for other good and valuable considerations not herein specifically set forth, the parties do hereby agree to the following:

1. The Mother will pay child support for the Child in the amount of CURRENCY AMOUNT per month to the Father effective from EFFECTIVE_DATE.
