Re: Request for Postponement of University Examinations

I am ACCOUNT_FIRST_NAME ACCOUNT_LAST_NAME (student no. NUMBER) and am currently enrolled in 'NAME_NUMBER'. 

As you will be aware, the examination for NAME_NUMBER is scheduled for SCHEDULED_DATE. I am writing to you seeking postponement of the examination to another mutually agreeable date in light of the Coronavirus pandemic. 

With the current government restrictions on movement and university closures, I have not been able to attend university in person throughout this semester. Though there are some interactions with professors through distance learning, such interactions have been few and far between. I feel this has impeded my ability to thoroughly comprehend the material taught in NAME_NUMBER. I firmly believe that if I am to sit the examination as scheduled on SCHEDULED_DATE, any result obtained will not accurately reflect my ability.
