On DATE, I bought a PRODUCT. I made this purchase at TRANSACTION.

I bought PRODUCT on the basis of the promotional offer of (the "Promotion").  I would not have purchased PRODUCT if not for the Promotion since it is more expensive than the competition.

Please provide me with the full value of the Promotion as promised since I would have bought another model from your competitor instead since it is better valued.

I will also complain online and to the various consumer councils. I have wasted enough time trying to claim this promotion from you. I have wasted 2 or 3 hours of my time dealing with you, and my time is much more valuable than the value of the Promotion itself.
