The intent and purpose of the Ethics Policy ("Policy") is to establish guidelines and policies for employees of ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY ("Company"). The Policy sets out the ethical framework for the Employees to conduct business and perform their duties during the course of their employment.
This Policy demonstrates the Company's core values and ethics in action, and is not intended to be all-inclusive. We expect all employees to observe the highest standards of ethics and integrity in their conduct.
The Policy is applicable to all employees including full time or part time employees, contractors, independent consultants and temporary employees or interns of the Company.
3.1 Honesty and Integrity
Honesty and Integrity must be the top priority for the Employees. Employees must:
(a) behave in a trustworthy manner to build trust and credibility.
(b) be honest and transparent in their actions;
(c) be continually aware of the Company’s mission, values, ethical principles and standards, while performing their duties; and
(d) act in such a manner that is not only compliant with the letter but also the spirit of this Code of Ethics.
3.2 Fairness and Justice
All Employees are responsible for promoting and fostering fairness and justice in the Company. Employees must:
(a) perform their duties in a manner that is fair, just and reasonable to all persons;
(b) treat people with dignity, respect and compassion;
(c) be courteous in all interactions, deal with conflict and confrontation constructively;
(d) be fair, free from bias and not show favouritism towards specific employees when exercising authority; and
(e) assure an environment of inclusiveness and a commitment to diversity in the Company.
3.3 Accountability
The Employees, regardless of their position, shall be accountable for their actions. Employees must:
