THIS NANNY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into on 04 May 2024

 

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose mailing address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Employer"); and 

 

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose mailing address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (the "Nanny"), collectively referred to as "Parties")

 

WHEREAS

(1) The Nanny provides professional child care services.

(2) The Employer wishes to employ the Nanny to provide child care services for the following children (the"Children")

 It is agreed as follows:

1. Work Description

1.1 The Employer hereby employs the Nanny to provide child care services for the Children in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The Nanny shall be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well being of the Children.

1.2 The Nanny shall undertake the duties outlined below:

• feeding the Children;
• preparing lunch and snacks;
• grocery Shopping; 
• dropping and picking up the Children from school and activities;
