This Divorce Agreement ("Agreement")  is made on 02 May 2024

 

BETWEEN:

(1)    PARTY_1_NAME (“Wife”) residing at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE; and

 

(2)    PARTY_2_NAME (“Husband”) residing at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE

 Background:

(A) On MARRIAGE_DATE, the Husband and Wife were lawfully married at the MARRIAGE_REGISTRY_NAME_AND_PLACE. Both Parties have cohabited at COHABITATION_ADDRESS ("Cohabitation Property")

(B) The Parties acknowledge and agree that their marriage has broken down irretrievably.

(C) The Parties to the marriage have lived apart for a continuous period of at least One year since SEPARATION_DATE and both parties consent to the divorce being filed to the Court of JURISDICTION_STATE.

(D) There have been no previous proceedings in any court in JURISDICTION_STATE or elsewhere with reference to the marriage or to any child of the parties. The parties wish to enter into this Agreement to settle all matters arising from the dissolution of marriage such as property, child custody, child support and spousal support.

NOW THEREFORE, the parties freely and fully accept the provisions, terms and conditions hereof and in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein contained as well as for other good and valuable considerations not herein specifically set forth, the parties do hereby agree to the following:

1. Child Custody

(a) The parties are the parents or legal guardian of one minor child ("Child"):- 

Name: CHILD_NAME, Date of Birth: CHILD_BIRTHDAY, Address: PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.
