This Child Custody Agreement ("Agreement")  is made on 03 May 2024

 

BETWEEN:

(1)    PARTY_1_NAME (“Father”) of PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE; and

 

(2)    PARTY_2_NAME (“Mother”) of PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE

 WHEREAS:

(A) The Parties are the parents or legal guardians of the following minor child (ren) (the "Child"):

Name: CHILD_NAME, Date of Birth: CHILD_BIRTHDAY

(B) The Parties hereby confirm that no other minor Child now living has been born during the marriage. 

(C) The Parties have agreed to enter into this Agreement to settle the terms and conditions relating to the care and custody of the Child. 

NOW THEREFORE, the Parties freely and fully accept the provisions, terms and conditions hereof and in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein contained as well as for other good and valuable considerations not herein specifically set forth, the Parties do hereby agree to the following:

1. Joint Custody 

1.1 The Mother and Father shall have the joint physical custody of the Child. 

1.2 The term 'joint physical custody' implies that both Mother and Father shall have equal rights to make decisions in all matters pertaining to the upbringing of the Child, including but not limited to, matters of health, education, medical and dental care and religion. The Parties agree that neither party's rights will be superior to the other party.
