INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT ("Agreement")

We are pleased to offer you internship with PARTY_2_NAME ("the Company") on the terms and conditions set out below:

1. Your position with the Company will be Intern working in the DEPARTMENT department directly reporting to REPORT. Your intern placement will commence on COMMENCEMENT_DATE and end on END_DATE. There is no guarantee or expectation that this internship activity will result in employment with the Company.

2. Your primary place of work will be at the office located at  ACCOUNT_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE.

3. Your working hours will be from START_TIME to FINISH_TIME on WEEK_DAYS. You may be required to work overtime if the Company considers it necessary. 

You are responsible for any personal taxes of whatever kind that are due in any jurisdiction with respect to the internship under this Agreement.

6. At all times during your internship under this Agreement, you will:

(a) abide by all the rules and regulations of the Company including the policies, handbook and other relevant documents generally applicable to Company's employees.
