THIS WESBITE LINKING LICENCE AGREEMENT is entered into on 28 April 2024
Between
(1) PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Company)
(2) PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Linker)
This licence agreement allows a hyperlink to connect to the website at [] subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions under this licence agreement.
PARTY_1_NAME ('Company') hereby grants the entity whose details are submitted on the attached form ('Linker') a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to provide a hypertext reference link to the top-level display, initial of the website, as identified by the following Uniform Resource Locator ('URL'), for non-commercial purposes and only to link the Linker's website to the Website (Link).
The Linker acknowledges that the company has all the proprietary or licensing rights of all content, images, software, media, text, and any other materials on the Website, protected under the copyright and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Without the express prior written consent of the company, these may not be published, distributed, transmitted, or reproduced.
3.1 The company grants the Linker a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the following trademarks of the Company solely to create and describe the link:
3.2 In connection with any description or display of the Link on the Linker's website, the Linker must accurately and properly display the Company's trademarks under clause 3.1 of this agreement.
