THIS WESBITE LINKING LICENCE AGREEMENT is entered into on 07 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Company)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Linker)

Subject to the acceptance of the following terms, this Licence agreement allows a connection to the website of PARTY_1_NAME at COMPANYURL.

1. The Linker acknowledges that all rights in COMPANYURL, including its name and logo, in all parts of the world, belong to PARTY_1_NAME.
2. COMPANYURL retains discretionary rights to direct you to remove any links to its website, or its name and logo from your site.
3. You will, without delay, comply with the direction given by PARTY_1_NAME in relation to the placing of its logo, and links on your website.
4. Without prejudice to the authority and discretionary rights vested in CURRENCY under clause 2 and 3 of this agreement, you will not link to PARTY_1_NAME's website or refer the name and logo of PARTY_1_NAME, from any website which is deemed indecent or inappropriate in the view of a reasonable person, or in any way that is incompatible with PARTY_1_NAME's company policies and reputation.
