Re: Absence from Disciplinary Hearing
We wrote to you on LETTER_DATE requesting that you attend a disciplinary hearing on DATE_OF_HEARING at ADDRESS. You did not attend the hearing and we have had no contact from you to explain your non-attendance.
In light of your absence, we have resolved to reschedule the disciplinary hearing. We would like to invite you to a disciplinary hearing scheduled at RESCHEDULED_HEARING on RESCHEDULED_DATE at RESCHEDULED_ADDRESS.
Please find attached a copy of our letter to you dated LETTER_DATE. This letter outlines the allegations made against you and specifies the arrangements to apply at the disciplinary hearing. The same such arrangements will apply during the rescheduled disciplinary hearing.
We would like to request that if you would like for any witnesses to present themselves at the hearing, you give us their name no later than WITNESSES_DOCUMENTS. We also kindly request that if there are any documents you would like to be considered at the hearing to provide them to us no later than WITNESSES_DOCUMENTS.
The rescheduled hearing will be held in accordance with ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY's a disciplinary procedure, which was given to you at the start of your employment with ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY.
As stated in our letter of LETTER_DATE, the disciplinary procedure entitles you to bring a colleague or trade union representative to the hearing. If you elect to bring somebody to accompany you, we request that you let us know their name as soon as possible.
