Acknowledgement of service of a landlord's claim for an unopposed lease renewal

1. The leasehold owner of the property at ADDRESS ('property') is PARTY_1_NAME ('The Claimant').
2. Pursuant to a lease dated DATELEASE made between PARTY_1_NAME and PARTY_2_NAME ('lease'),   ('The Defendant') is the tenant of the property.
3. The Defendant occupies the property for the purposes of its business as a BUSINESS.
4. As there is no indication to the contrary, no person has an interest in rescinding the Defendant's current tenancy.
5. The Defendant requests the grant of a new tenancy of the Property in accordance with Part II of the LTA 1954. The Claimant is not opposed to the grant of a new tenancy.
