Secondment to HOST
I am please to confirm that the arrangements between us in connection with your secondment to COUNTRY in HOST ('the Host') has been finalised.
- You shall remain employed by ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY ('the Company') during your secondment, and your current terms of employment shall remain unchanged, except for terms set out in this letter. Your secondment counts as part of your current employment, and hence the continuous period under your current contract will not be broken. The company intends to place you back to your current position on the terms after completing your secondment. If the relevant role no longer exists, you will return to an equivalent position in accordance with the law. These are subject to changes to cater to business needs.
- Your secondment shall commence on STARTDATE and shall terminate on .
- Prior to the secondment, the Company shall:
- Provide assistance, relevant documents, reimburse and settle the costs and expenses in connection to obtaining the required work permit to work in the Host Country;
