THIS DECLARATION OF TRUST is entered into on 19 May 2024

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Beneficiary)

Background

1. The Trustee is the freeholder of the property.
2. The Trustee wishes to declare a bare trust of the property in favour of the beneficiary.

1. Interpretation

The following definition of terms shall apply to this deed.

1.1 The Property: the freehold property at PROPERTY.

1.2 Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of this deed.

1.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all referrals to clauses are the clauses within this deed.

1.4 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any references to one gender shall apply to a reference to another gender.

1.5 Unless explicitly stated to the otherwise, words in the singular form shall also include the plural form; Any plural forms shall include the singular.

1.6 Any references to laws is a reference to all local, national, and applicable supra-national law as amended, extended, or re-enacted from time to time, including all subordinate laws made from time to time under them and all orders, regulations, notices, codes of practice, the guidance of relevant government and authorities.

2. Declaration of a Trust

The Trustee hereby irrevocably declares that, from the date of this deed, the property is held absolutely by the Trustee on trust, on behalf of the beneficiary.
