This Podcast Release (“Release”) is made by and between PARTY_1_NAME located at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (“Releasor”) and PARTY_2_NAME located at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (“Releasee”) and is made on 03 May 2024.
The Releasor irrevocably consents to the recording of the Releasor’s voice and performance as part of the media program entitled PODCAST_NAME (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
Furthermore, the Releasor irrevocably consents to the Releasee making any edits, enhancements, alterations, modifications or amendments of the Releasor’s voice and performance, as embodied in the Program, as the Releasee thinks fit, and irrevocably consents to the distribution, by the Releasee, of the Program in such form.
The Releasor acknowledges and agrees that the Releasee is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, any materials used or produced pursuant to the production or distribution of the Program (hereinafter referred to as “Materials”) and all recordings thereof for all purposes.
The Releasor agrees that the Releasee has the unrestrained right to use, exploit and distribute the Program including the Releasor’s voice and performance as contained therein, and any Materials in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity.
The Releasor hereby waives the right to any compensation, including but not limited to any royalties arising from the Releasor’s appearance on and participation in the Program.
The Releasor’s name and likeness may be used in promotional materials in connection with the Program, but not to endorse any good or service.
The Releasor hereby releases and discharges the Releasee from all claims, demands and causes to action which the Releasor, the Releasor’s heirs’ representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on behalf of the Releasor’s estate have or may have arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, processing, distributing, publishing or otherwise using the above-mentioned Program.
