This Deed of Appointment ("Appointment Deed") is entered into on 29 April 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Principal Employer)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Continuing Trustee)

(3)            PARTY_3_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_3_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (New Trustee)

and is supplemental to the definitive trust deed and rules dated DATE  ("Deed and Rules") made between the Principal Employer and the Continuing Trustee to govern the scheme known as NAME the ("Scheme") and all the deeds listed in Schedule 1.

Whereas

A. The Principal Employer is the present principal employer in the Scheme as of the date of this Appointment Deed

B. The Continuing Trustee are the present trustees of the Scheme as of the date of this Appointment Deed. 

D. The Principal Employer is desirous of appointing the New Trustee to be Trustees of the said Scheme.

Now this deed witnesseth as follows

1. With effect from the 29 April 2024:

(a)  the Principal Employer hereby appoints the New Trustee to be Trustee of the Scheme to act jointly with the Continuing Trustee and the New Trustee and the Continuing Trustee hereby accept such appointment.

(b) the Scheme Assets vest in the Continuing Trustees jointly with the New Trustee 

2. This Appointment Deed may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the parties to it on separate counterparts, each of which shall be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
