This Deed is entered into on 02 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Principal Employer)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Continuing Trustee)

(3)            PARTY_3_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_3_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Retiring Trustee)

and is supplemental to the definitive trust deed and rules dated DATE  ("Deed and Rules") made between the Principal Employer, the Continuing Trustee and the Retiring Trustee to govern the scheme known as NAME the ("Scheme"), and all the deeds listed in Schedule 1.

Whereas

A. The Principal Employer is the present principal employer in the Scheme as of the date of this deed

B. The Continuing Trustee and the Retiring Trustee are the present trustees of the Scheme as of the date of this Deed. 

C.  In accordance with Clause CLAUSE of the Deed and Rules, the Retiring Trustees wish to resign as a trustee under the Scheme. 

It is agreed that:

1. With effect from the 02 May 2024 

(a) the Retiring Trustee hereby retires and is discharged from being a Trustee of the Scheme; and

(b) the Scheme assets shall vest in the Continuing Trustees jointly.

2.  This deed may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the parties to it on separate counterparts, each of which shall be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

3.This deed is governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of applicable therein.
