This Deed is entered into on 08 May 2024

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Principal Employer)

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose principal place of business is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE (Continuing Trustee)

and is supplemental to the definitive trust deed and rules dated DATE  ("Deed and Rules") governing the scheme known as NAME the ("Scheme"), and all the deeds listed in Schedule 1.

Whereas

A. The Principal Employer is the present principal employer in the Scheme as of the date of this deed

B.  In accordance with Clause CLAUSE of the Deed and Rules, the Principal Employer is vested with the power to remove a Scheme trustee by a deed;

C. The Principal Employer wishes to remove the FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME  ADDRESS (the "Removed Trustee") as a trustee of the Scheme.

It is agreed that:

1. With effect from the 08 May 2024 

(a) the Principal Employer hereby removes and discharges the Removed Trustee from the trust and provisions of the Scheme; and

(b) the Scheme assets shall vest in the Continuing Trustees jointly.

2. This deed may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the parties to it on separate counterparts, each of which shall be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

3.This deed is governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of applicable therein.
