Anti-Money Laundering Documents Checklist
To comply with the Fund’s anti-money laundering procedures, the Applicant is required to provide an original or original certified true copy*** of all documents outlined under the applicable category together with (i) a completed form W8 or equivalent or such other form as the IRS may prescribe and required by the Administrator from time to time; (ii) a completed Self-Certification Form (as applicable) and (iii) subscription proceeds deposited in the bank account provided, for subscriptions in the Fund.
*Approved country refers to Cayman Islands, Dubai International Financial Centre, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mauritius, and member jurisdictions of FATF** (subject to change from time to time)

***Certified true copy is accepted from an independent suitable certifier:
• A certified public accountant / lawyer / notary public / comparable jurisdiction acceptable to the Fund; or
• JURISDICTION_STATE Institute of Chartered Secretaries member; or
• A director/manager of the regulated entity/FSP; or
• ACCOUNT_JOB_COMPANY in house certified Public Accountant (Fees may apply); or
• member of the judiciary or manager of a regulated credit or financial institution in a jurisdiction that is a FATF** member.
The certifier should sign and date the copy document (printing his/her name clearly in capitals underneath) and clearly indicate his/her position or capacity, together with a contact address and phone number. The certifier must indicate that the document is a true copy of the original and that the photo is true likeness of the individual. Where documents are not in English, a notarized translation is required.
